Nurturing Pregnancy Workshop

Saturday 22nd August 2026
2:00pm – 5:00pm
@Fit M Fun yoga studio in Littlehampton

Join Hannah and Emily for a restorative three-hour workshop in the heart of Littlehampton at the beautiful FitMFun Yoga Studio.
This workshop will invite you to slow down, connect with your baby, learn about birth, and connect with other expectant mothers in a supportive space.
You will enjoy gentle yoga practices, grounding breathwork, guided meditations and visualisations, practical birth education, and free flowing tea and snacks.

What to expect:

Yoga practice

A gentle and deep yoga practice designed to support your changing pregnant body, giving you space to slow down your nervous system, ease any aches and pains and connect to your growing baby.

Breathwork

Explore powerful breathing techniques that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. These are techniques that can be used to ease anxieties ahead of having your baby as well as during labour, birth and the period after.

Guided Meditation

This will support you to connect to your body and baby. We will also use powerful visualisations to promote a positive birth experience, leaving you feeling more empowered and confident as you approach the birth of your baby.

Pregnancy education

During this session, we will explore bodily changes that can occur during pregnancy. This knowledge will help us develop a more trusting relationship with our bodies and remind us that they hold an innate wisdom of how to birth. We will also be learning positions that can be particularly supportive during your labour.

Connection & Community

This workshop is for women to share experiences, meet other expectant mothers, ask questions and begin building a supportive local community as you prepare for motherhood together. That’s why we’re coming together and creating space, for connection and community to flourish.

Tea & Treats

Throughout the afternoon, there will be complimentary free-flowing teas and snacks for you to enjoy!

Meet Your Hosts

Hannah

Hannah is a devoted mother to a bubbly four-year-old, whose birth inspired her passion for supporting women through pregnancy and birth. She trained as a birth educator, spent three years working in care, and is now in her third year of a midwifery degree, graduating in 2027.
Hannah is passionate about helping women build confidence, trust their intuition, and feel prepared for birth. She combines evidence-informed education with practical tools, movement, and hypnobirthing techniques to ease anxiety, support the nervous system, and create a calm, woman-centred experience.

Emily

Emily is a yoga teacher and breathwork practitioner. Her classes guide you through gentle yoga flows that connect you to your body and mind whilst using the breath to guide every movement.
Emily has found breathwork particularly transformative as a regulatory tool and believes that we see the world through the state of our nervous system. Emily is also a mother to a 3 year old, and currently pregnant with her second child due in the autumn!

We hope you will join us in the beautiful studio, for what will be an afternoon of connection, self exploration and relaxation. We can’t wait to welcome you!
