Arun Tridents was formally recognised in December 2022 following the merger of two great clubs. Littlehampton Swimming Club (founded in 1983) & Bognor Swimming Club (founded in 1965). We combined resources and pool time to develop the club that exists today.

We offer competitive swimming coaching in a friendly and supportive environment for swimmers aged from 7 years old, right through to adults (masters swimming).

We also run our own Swim School for children age 4+ in Littlehampton and Worthing using our iSwim School.

We use two local pools for our training sessions. The Littlehampton Wave in Littlehampton and at the Arun Leisure Centre in Felpham.

Can you swim 25M in all strokes? Come along for a trial.

We enter competitions of all levels, so if you are interested in racing, or wanting to improve your technique come along and see what being part of a swim cub is all about.

Littlehampton Wave Life Saving Club

The club provides courses for young people learning Water Safety, Survival, Rescue & Life Support skills. It also runs 2 hour CPR/Choking Courses with their Save A Baby's Life & Save A Child's Life events.
